1st Grant of Harris County Hospital District Foundation’s Permanent Endowment Fund to the Harris Health System Board of Trustees
RESOLUTION
September 9, 2020
WHEREAS, the Executive Committee of the Harris County Hospital District Foundation (the “Foundation”) resolved to make its first grant of $100,000.00 from the Harris County Hospital District Foundation’s Permanent Endowment Fund to be use for any purpose approved by the Harris Health System Board of Trustees; it has unanimously passed and approved such first grant,
NOW THEEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the first grant of $100,000.00 from the Harris County Hospital District Foundation’s Permanent Endowment Fund is hereby, authorized and ratified.
