Children’s Health Fund
The Harris County Hospital District Foundation manages a permanent endowment devoted to children’s health issues in Harris County.
The proceeds of this endowment support integrated health projects for children who are not eligible for other similar services and who are at the highest risk in Harris County and Harris Health System.
Small Grants Fund – Project Benefits Patients
The Harris County Hospital District Foundation Board of Trustees approves funds annually for short-term pilot projects benefiting patients of Harris Health System.
Grants, up to $5,000, are available for qualifying projects and will be awarded on a one time, one term basis.
Employee Contribution Fund – Project Benefits Employees
Due to the generosity of Harris Health System employees’ contributions, funds are available, up to $5,000, for short term projects benefiting staff.
Harris Health System Employee Contribution Committee evaluates grants on a quarterly basis, which will be awarded on a one time, one term basis.
