Congratulations to Mr. Elvin Franklin, Jr. for the recognition by Harris Health System for his 30 year tenure of service on the Board of Trustees.
Mr. Franklin is also a current Board Member of the Harris County Hospital District Foundation Board of Trustees and he is one of the three founders of the Foundation.
