HCHD Foundation Raises Over $150K for Peritoneal Dialysis Mobile Clinic

Our Story

The Harris County Hospital District Foundation (HCHD Foundation) is pleased to have raised over $150K and awareness in support of the Harris Health System Ambulatory Care Services, Peritoneal Dialysis Mobile Health Program, aiming to increase healthcare accessibility and improve health outcomes for all Harris County residents served by Harris Health.

The HCHD Foundation strived to raise $100,000.00 to purchase a new state of the art mobile health clinic that will travel directly to and care for peritoneal dialysis patients who would have otherwise gone without care.

We have exceed that goal thanks to YOU – our generous donors and supporters which include:

2019 Giving Tuesday donors
2020 TexasMedRun participants, donors, & sponsors
Conrad N. Hilton Foundation
Epic Systems Corporation

The HCHD Foundation, with your help, continues to fulfill our mission of enhancing the broad healthcare mission of the Harris Health System by soliciting and raising funds for programs, and increasing the community’s awareness of the Harris Health System.
