Wanda LeBlanc

Wanda LeBlanc graduated with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University and has a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management and international business. She currently serves as the director of Housing Issues and the 2010 Census with Harris County Judge Ed Emmett’s office. Mrs. LeBlanc has held sales responsibilities with several leading organizations, including Xerox Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP Corporation) and Information Services Group. She also serves as a board member for the Incarnate Word Academy and is a real estate broker and has her license with Better Homes & Gardens Anderson Properties.
