The HCHD Foundation TexasMedRun is a 10K, 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Run for the whole family! Together, we are making a positive impact in the lives of those served by the Harris Health System.

Proceeds from the HCHD Foundation 23rd Annual TexasMedRun will benefit Harris Health’s Food Farmacy Program. The Harris Health Food Farmacies are convenient store like locations with nutritious foods directly within healthcare settings. Coupled with tailored education and social service navigation support, Food Farmacies provide essential nutritional support and education, empower patients to manage their chronic conditions, and help them achieve better health outcomes. Join us in our mission to transform health through nutrition.

Please use the TMC Parking Map below to find a parking garage. Due to the capacity of our Ben Taub Parking Garage only patients, patient visitors, and working staff will be allowed to park in the garage. Beat the parking crowd ride the Metro bus or rail service line.
ROADS WILL BEGIN CLOSING AT 6 AM.

Below you will find all the information you need leading up to your volunteer shift:
• Your shift begins at 6am. Please arrive on time to allow for parking and checking in
• The physical address for the site is: 1115 N. McGregor Way, Houston, TX 77030
• You may park in any of the lots indicated here: Texas Medical Center Visitor Parking
• Once you check in, you will receive further information about your volunteer job and volunteer t-shirt.
• If you need verification for your volunteer hours, please bring your form onsite to be signed or email me after the event.
