The Harris County Hospital District Foundation (HCHD Foundation) and its representatives on occasion take photographs and/or video and conduct interviews for the HCHD Foundation’s use in print and electronic publications. This serves as public notice of the HCHD Foundation’s intent to do so and as a release to the HCHD Foundation of permission to use such images, quotes as it deems fit.
