The team with the most members will receive their very own trophy to be displayed at their pavilion/department.

HIGHEST FUNDRAISING TEAM

The team who raises the most money will receive a special celebratory luncheon at their location, sponsored by the HCHD Foundation.

Join us for the Harris County Hospital District Foundation 17th annual Texas Med Run on Saturday, February 2, 2019 benefiting the Harris Health, Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital (LBJ) Neonatal Program.

The Texas Med Run is 10K, 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Run for the whole family!

The Harris County Hospital District Foundation is incredibly grateful for you, your dedication, and your support for the Harris County community. Together, we are making a positive impact on the lives of those served by the Harris Health System.

About the LBJ Neonatal Program

For nearly 30 years, the LBJ Hospital Neonatal Service has provided high-tech and high-touch care of the highest quality to the infants and families of Harris County.  LBJ demonstrates its commitment to high quality maternity care through recently achieved Baby-Friendly™ designation and lives this commitment daily .

The Start/Finish is located on Cambridge Street, just North of South MacGregor Way. The Pre/Post Race festivities will take place in the surface lot located 1115 N MacGregor Way, Houston, TX, United States.

Race Day Parking

Please use the TMC Parking Map below to find a parking garage. Due to the capacity of our Ben Taub Parking Garage only patients, patient visitors, and working staff will be allowed to park in the garage. Beat the parking crowd ride the Metro bus or rail service line.

Awards will be given to the Overall 10K Winners (male/female), Overall 5K Winners (male/female) and 1st place only for the following age groups; 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

The Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the conclusion of the 10K & 5K Run. Overall Winners will be announced, Individual Age Group Winners may collect their awards from the results tent.
